By accessing or using CreatorFetch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the CreatorFetch dashboard or its features.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information when registering for a CreatorFetch account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use CreatorFetch only for legitimate brand discovery and influencer outreach purposes. You may not use our contact tools to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages to influencers, nor scrape, resell, or redistribute our database outside the platform. Violations of platform-wide outreach limits or abuse of export features may result in suspension.
CreatorFetch is offered on a subscription basis with fees billed according to the plan you select. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan terms.
All software, designs, and content that make up the CreatorFetch dashboard are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our service.
CreatorFetch aggregates influencer data from public sources, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that metrics, contact details, or engagement figures are complete or error-free. The platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for independently verifying influencer information before making business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorFetch and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses related to inaccurate data, failed outreach campaigns, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
You may cancel your CreatorFetch subscription at any time through your account settings, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse our outreach tools, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access to saved shortlists, exports, and dashboard data will end.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of CreatorFetch after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
